Hi, I’m Lee Allen Cherry, and I’ve been in the plumbing industry for over 25 years. For two decades, I traveled the country working on large-scale multi-family and commercial plumbing projects, gaining hands-on experience with systems of all sizes and types. I’ve been fortunate to work in everything from high-rise apartments to complex medical facilities—and every job taught me something new.
I’m a Master Plumber licensed in Texas, Louisiana, and Montana, and hold certifications in Medical Gas, Water Supply Protection (WSPS), and Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems (MRFPSS). But beyond the licenses and credentials, what drives me is doing things the right way—no shortcuts, no surprises, and no excuses.
After years on the road, I came back to College Station to build something local and lasting. That’s when I founded 4L Contracting LLC—a plumbing company focused on honest work, fair pricing, and relationships that last. I believe customers deserve more than just a quick fix. They deserve someone who shows up, explains what’s going on, and does the work like it’s their own home.
When I’m not solving plumbing problems, I’m spending time with my family, mentoring young plumbers, or looking for ways to improve how we serve our community.

A seasoned veteran and tradesman, Kurt applies the discipline, accountability, and problem-solving skills he developed through military service to every aspect of his work. He oversees residential service operations, ensures quality workmanship across all service calls, and provides mentorship to 4L’s growing team of technicians.
Known for his calm professionalism and deep technical knowledge, Kurt is the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex plumbing issues and ensuring every job meets 4L’s high standards of integrity and craftsmanship. Garret Marchant
Co Owner / Operations Manager
Garret Marchant is a co-owner and the Operations Manager of 4L Contracting LLC, where.he oversees daily field operations, project scheduling, and quality control across residential, commercial, and service plumbing divisions. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of modem plumbing systems, Garret has built a reputation for reliability, precision, and leadership in the field.

Jordan Losack
Estimator / Draftsman
Jordan Losack serves as an Estimator and Draftsman for 4L Contracting LLC, where he combines technical precision with a strong understanding of plumbing design and project coordination. A proud Texas A&M University graduate, Class of 2022, Jordan brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to estimating, plan review, and material takeoffs for both residential and commercial projects.
With a background in construction science and field experience, Jordan ensures that every proposal, layout, and design produced by 4L is accurate, efficient, and aligned with code and client specifications. His ability to bridge the gap between design and execution helps streamline project flow and maintain 4L’s reputation for quality and reliability.
