Standard Terms of Service for 4L Contracting LLC

Introduction
Welcome to 4L Contracting LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Offered
4L Contracting LLC provides a range of residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to, emergency plumbing, water heater installation, drain and sewer services, and preventative maintenance. All services are subject to technician availability and service area limitations.
Service Agreements and Payments
All work performed is subject to a written service agreement or estimate provided prior to commencement of work. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the agreement. We accept various forms of payment including credit card, debit card, and direct bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.
Warranty and Guarantee
We offer a workmanship warranty on all repairs and installations. This warranty covers defects in our labor for a period of 90 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions not directly related to our work.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Emergency Services
Emergency plumbing service may incur premium rates. Office hours Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Licensed plumbers on call 24/7 for plumbing emergencies. Emergency service calls will be assessed for urgency and technician dispatch time will be communicated promptly.
Limitation of Liability
4L Contracting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall 4L Contracting LLC’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the amount you paid 4L Contracting LLC for the services.
Text Messages
4L Contracting LLC sends two kinds of text message and you choose each one separately. Service messages are about work you ask us to do: your quote, your appointment and when your technician is on the way. If you separately tick the marketing box, we may also send occasional service reminders, seasonal maintenance tips and special offers.
You opt in by ticking a text message box on our contact form and submitting it. There are two separate boxes and neither is ticked for you. The first covers messages about your job. The second, ticked separately, covers service reminders, seasonal maintenance tips and special offers. Marketing consent is collected on its own box and is never bundled with any other consent.
Opting in is optional. You never have to opt in to book work with us, and you can stop at any time.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 979-473-9775.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages.
How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number, and your consent to receive texts is never shared with anyone else.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Brazos County, Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
